Cat Napp

Cat Napp was a solution to the issue of Domestic Cats contributing to the loss of wild bird species in Australia. This RMIT studio was a partnership with the Melbourne Zoo and we worked with animal behavioural scientists to understand the campaign 'Safe Cat, Safe Wildlife'. Cat Napp is a GPS and health monitor designed to be worn as a jacket to encourage cats to remain fit and healthy despite being kept indoors. For more information about this campaign, visit www.zoo.org.au/safecat to register your interest in the project.
